Creating WhatsApp Message Template for WhatsApp Official

1. Go into the bot.
2. Content → Message Template
3. Enter Title
4. Select Category
5. Select Language
6. Save
7. Press ‘Sync’ button

Note:

• Sometime the message template may rejected (mostly utility template). You can try again a few times, if still rejected then change to marketing template.
