Where you can live chat of a chatbot?
FIRST PLACE: In Dashboard, click Live Chat at the top.
SECOND PLACE:
- In Dashboard, select the channel where the chatbot you are looking is located.
- Click Open Bot
- Select Live Chat at the left sidebar. You can expand the sidebar by click on the arrow below.
