This video will guide you on how to use AI generated reply by different information given by live agent.
AI Reply Assist for Live Agent
Steps:
- On Live Chat page, click the Agent Assist at the middle bottom of page.
- Press on Select.
- You can create system message by your own by clicking + New.
- Select the system message you want to send.
- Press Get Suggestion.
- It will generate a message based on currently chat flow.
- If good to go, click on Use Suggestion.
- Press Send.
