Connect Facebook Account

1. Find Bots at the left side bar.
2. Select Facebook under the Bots categories.
3. Click Connect Facebook Page and Instagram
4. Log in Facebook account you wish to connect
5. Select Instagram Professional Account (if any), it is optional.
6. Select at least (1) Facebook page you want to connect.
7. Click Done -> Ok, and you can start create your bot.

Link Facebook Account into Omni Channel Bot

Link to Omni Channel bot

1. First, go to Omni-Channel
2. Click Link button
3. Select your Facebook account that just connected
4. Type LINK to link to the Omni-Channel bot

Testing

1. Back to the Facebook Channel Page
2. Click the Messenger link under the yours Facebook name
3. Write the keyword to the chatbot, see got reply or not.
