Quick Reply/Shortcut Reply
Steps:
- Open your bot.
- From left panel, find Tools.
- Go to Shortcuts.
- Press + New Shortcut.
- Write shortcut name and its message carry.
- Save it.
You can also import a csv sheet (Excel file) if got.
How to use it:
- Put a backslash “/” in reply column.
- You’ll be able to see any shortcut you’ve created.
- Click on it and you’ll see the message.
- Send it.
