This video will guide you on how to assign collaborator and how collaborator can find their chat.
Assign Collaborator
Steps:
- Go to Live Chat, choose any chat you want to assign collaborator.
- You’ll see a person icon at the right corner of page, named Add Collaborator.
- Select any agent you want to assign.
- There will show what agent be assigned as collaborator in the chat. (Visible to you only)
- You can also unassign collaborator by clicking the red cross button.
Why you need to assign Collaborator instead of assign Agent?
- Agent as first person in charge, Collaborator as second person in charge
- Same as CC in email
If I am Collaborator, how can I find/see the chat?
- Clicking All above the user category.
- Select Collaborating.
Why I can’t see the collaborating setting?
- From Dashboard, go to Workspace Settings.
- Go to Settings, enable the Collaborators setting.
- Save it.
